About us

We built two clinics around a simple idea: when something happens today, you should be able to see an experienced clinician today, get real testing, and leave knowing what is wrong.

How we practise

Urgent care has a reputation for being fast and thin. We have gone the other way. Our clinic days are led by a board-certified internal medicine physician, and our physician assistants and nurse practitioners work with physician oversight on every complex case. We put a digital X-ray suite and a laboratory in both buildings so that a sprain, a cough or a urinary infection can be properly evaluated rather than guessed at.

We also try to be straight with people. If you do not need an antibiotic, we will tell you so and explain why. If your problem belongs in an emergency department, we will say so quickly and help you get there. And you will know what a visit costs before it happens.

Who we serve

Our Acton clinic serves the Route 2 corridor — Acton, Concord, Maynard, Stow, Boxborough, Littleton, Westford, Carlisle and Sudbury. Our Canton clinic serves Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, Norwood, Westwood, Randolph, Milton, Dedham and Walpole. Both welcome patients from anywhere, with or without a primary care provider.
