Accessibility

A medical website that is hard to read fails the people most likely to need it. We have built this one to be usable by as many people as possible.

On this website

  • Body text is set at 18 pixels, larger than most sites, with a text-size control in the header that increases it further and remembers your choice.
  • Colour combinations meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast requirements.
  • Every function works from a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
  • Buttons and links are sized for imprecise tapping.
  • There are no pop-ups, no auto-playing carousels, no chat widget and no interstitials.
  • Images carry text alternatives and the page structure uses proper headings.

At our clinics

  • Accessible parking and step-free entry at both locations
  • Wheelchair-accessible examination rooms and restrooms
  • Interpretation services, including American Sign Language, arranged at no cost to you — please tell the front desk what you need
