Insurance and billing

We are in network with most major Massachusetts plans, and for patients without insurance we publish flat prices rather than making you guess.

Plans and networks change. Coverage also depends on your specific plan, not only on the insurer. Please confirm with your insurance company before your visit, and bring your card with you.

Self-pay pricing

No insurance? These are flat prices, payable at the time of your visit.

$150

Basic visit

A clinical exam plus up to two point-of-care tests — for example a urinalysis and a strep screen.

$200

Expanded visit

A clinical exam plus three or more point-of-care tests, an X-ray, or both.

$250

Advanced visit

Procedural care — wound repair, burn treatment, fracture care and splinting, joint injections, and similar.

Certain services are priced separately, including DOT examinations, some vaccinations, and send-out laboratory testing. Ask at the front desk and we will tell you before anything is done.

Copays and what you will owe

If you use insurance, your urgent care copay is due at the time of your visit. Anything beyond that depends on your deductible and coinsurance, and is billed after your insurer processes the claim.

Do you accept MassHealth?

Yes, with a referral from your primary care provider.

Do you take Medicare?

Yes.

Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

Yes, at both clinics.

Why did I get a separate bill from a radiologist or laboratory?

X-rays are formally read by an outside radiologist, and some laboratory tests are sent to an outside lab. Those services bill separately from your visit.
