Why the portal, and not email
The portal is built to protect personal health information. Ordinary email and text messages are not, which is why we never send results that way and ask you not to send us medical details by email either.
Getting set up
Your account is created at your first visit using the email address you give us. If you have not received an invitation, or cannot get in, call the clinic and our staff will reset it for you.
The portal is not for emergencies or for anything that needs attention today. Messages are read during clinic hours. If something is urgent, call us. If it is an emergency, call 911.
