Physicals are usually walk-in, take about half an hour, and you leave with the completed form in your hand.

What we offer
School and sports physicals
Massachusetts requires a physical within the thirteen months before a season. We complete the state form, review the cardiac and concussion history, and sign off the same visit.
Camp physicals
Completed on your camp’s own form, including immunization records and medication authorizations.
Pre-employment physicals
Fitness-for-duty evaluations, vision and hearing screening, vital signs, and any testing your employer’s packet requires.
Immigration physicals
Please call ahead — these require specific scheduling and documentation.
Bring with you
- The form your school, team, camp or employer requires
- Your immunization record
- A list of medications, including inhalers and allergy medication
- Eyeglasses or contact lenses if you wear them
- For a child, a parent or guardian
How long does a physical take?
About thirty minutes, including the paperwork.
Is a sports physical covered by insurance?
Coverage varies. Many plans cover one preventive physical a year through your primary care doctor but not a second one here. Ask at the front desk and we will tell you the self-pay price up front.
Do you do DOT physicals?
Yes — see our DOT physicals page for details.
